A monthly subscription fee of £35 (for 3 months) provides you with 12 live classes (1 live class per week).
There are a series of steps that when you implement (easily and quickly into your daily life), you’ll feel healthier, stronger, have less stress and less body pain.
You'll typically do it on a mat or with special equipment.
Classes usually last 45 minutes to an hour.

WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates trains your body to move correctly, develops body awareness with a thoughtful mind and body training technique, while improving posture, Alignment and flexibility.
Designed to target core muscles including abdominal muscles, lower back, pelvis, glutes and involves other parts of the body like neck and shoulder / scapular alignment / stability.
People of all ages and fitness levels can do pilates. Pilates involves controlled movements designed to improve overall strength through a balanced body, increasing flexibility and enhancing body/mental awareness.
Pilates can be particularly useful in preparing for orthopaedic surgery and also rehabilitation post surgery to speed recovery, improve mobility and posture through body awareness and an overall increase in core strength.
DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TO START?
You can start pilates with just a mat and a small head cushion/towel
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes, that allow you to move freely. Avoid clothing that is too loose, as can get in the way with certain exercises. Ideally wear socks.
